-Please do not complete the redemption form until you have received the product as you will need to supply photos.
-To redeem this offer, you will need to upload photos of the following:
1) Proof of purchase Invoice or Sales Receipt - showing Payment
2) Serial Number -white or silver sticker found directly on the product. Please do not use serial numbers from invoice or back of the box.
All other details required should be found on your receipt/invoice.
